Groups” def. - Metro Groups is where relationship happens.

Purpose: This is where relationship happens. We believe that life changes happen best in the context of relationships. We desire to see individuals come together to form lasting friendships and walk through life together.

We believe that everyone has a story to share.

In a Metro group, you have the opportunity to share your story; as well as, hear the stories of others. You also get to study God’s Word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. We promise we do not have all the answers. We have just learned that life is much more fun when you have friends to walk with you. We also recognize that everyone has the desire to be known, loved and cared for.

When: Metro Groups have kicked off! Metro Groups are meeting at different times and locations around the DC Metro Area…

Where: Metro groups happen best in the context of a living room. We have strong leaders that open their homes as a meeting place for you and your family each week to do life together in a relaxing environment. A group meeting lasts for about an hour and half and always includes: A quick look into the book the group is reading, prayer time, and lots of hang out time.

How do I Join a Metro Group?
All Metro groups start three times per year on a semester basis, but you can jump into a group at anytime within a semester. Our summer semester of Metro Groups will begin the week of May 25th, 2008. You can sign up for a Group at the Groups Table on Sunday’s before or after service OR contact one of the Group Leaders (see information under the Groups List to the left).
