God has uniquely wired DC Metro Church to live out the great commission (Mathew 28:18-20) by embracing three principles that govern the decisions we make as a church. DC Metro Church is a God-First church that embodies an Accepting Atmosphere with Relevant Environments.

• Intellectually Safe - Leading people through deliberate explanation into an understanding of their experience.

Relevant Environments is our expressional value that embodies the following:

• Intentionally Designed - Environments that provide a place that expresses the particular preferences of any given ministry group.
• Targeted Ministry - Requires having specific goals for ministry to children (nursery to high school) and by meeting the expressed and felt needs of adults as well.
